When you decide to build a new ‘Greenfield’ plant, or to move a plant to another location, there are an enormous number of variables to consider and manage. For example, where to locate the facility; design, construction, and upfit of the building(s); purchase and/or reuse and installation of equipment, labor hiring and training, production startup, supply chain, and budget management.
For a project of this type it is critical to know what you are good at, and what you need to delegate.
