Frank Martin

Frank was responsible for the CPQP International start up back in 2000. Prior to this he was Vice President of Fortune Brands, where he consolidated six businesses and plants into two plants with over 3000 employees, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies along the way. Earlier in his career Frank held senior operational positions with Emerson Electric and Schlumberger in Europe , USA and Mexico.

Jeff Condon

Jeffrey is an experienced marketing executive, with more than 30 years of experience in companies ranging from public multinationals to private enterprises. He has been involved with several venture capital firms in raising funds for privately-held companies. He has participated in the corporate development and strategic planning of technology startups, as well as for a large multinational manufacturers and foreign-owned firms. His business experiences include the USA, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Kevin J. Farley

Kevin is a Design Professional with twenty years of experience, firstly in the Petrochemical Offshore and Hydraulic Industries before moving into the Automotive Industry some fifteen years ago. Ten years were spent in a consultancy role leading several design teams on behalf of world class clients such as Johnson Controls, Lear Corporation, Land Rover, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and Volvo throughout Europe & Asia. Kevin has significant ‘hands on’ experience in high volume manufacturing and has led many company wide cost down initiatives utilizing Lean and 6 Sigma techniques.

Chandrasherkhar Marate

Chandu is an Electronics Engineer with a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, USA. Worked in the USA for over 8 years in agile manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, simulation and modeling and process reengineering. Completed over 70 assignments with computer industry; electronic & medical devices; Automotive & Aircraft Industry; food industry, component manufacturers. In India acting as a director of machined components manufacturer. Was a plant manager for an electronics company. Trained in Six Sigma and DoE. Has experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing in small & medium size companies.

Prasad Dabke

Mechanical engineer, management accountant, certified management consultant, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Trained in Lean Manufacturing by a Harvard Business School professor. Trained in Six Sigma and DoE by Motorola Director. Worked in manufacturing companies in multiple functions for 14 years. Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing in medium size companies. Worked as a management consultant for 7 years. Was a senior manager in a Big Four firm.

Stephane Thiltgen

Stephane is an industrial engineer with a post graduate in Business Administration (Belgium). In the past 10 years, working both in Europe and Asia, he has acquired a solid experience working in production, quality, safety and supply chain management. He has held various management positions and projects with Prestagaz S.A. Luxembourg dealing for major MN clients such as Shell, Esso, Total, etc. In Asia, Stephane has worked on several lean manufacturing assignments in small and medium size manufacturing companies.

Jean-Marie Martin

During his multi-national career, Jean-Marie, a seasoned marketing and commercial management executive and export specialist, has worked for several mid-size and large manufacturing firms in Europe. His manufacturing experience includes supply chain, production, marketing management, sales, distribution, export, troubleshooting and problem solving, as well as implementing Lean Enterprise solutions. As an import-export facilitator, he has helped companies with Low Cost Region sourcing. Jean-Marie is multilingual, speaking French, English, Spanish, and German.

Dakhia Toufik

Zou Kai

Zou Kai is an experienced international manufacturing and management consultant, working in Asian markets with specialties for exporting to the U.S., Japan, and Canada. He has, for more than five years, been helping several large Chinese companies and plants to set up quality systems, implement Lean principles, and improve their management processes and systems, often acting as team leader and senior manager. Additionally, he has several years experience with import/export, and especially helping offshore companies with Low Cost Region Sourcing.
